CHRISTINE TOES MULDOON

As a Brooklyn brownstone owner herself, Christine Toes Muldoon brings personal expertise and rare intimacy to her clients as their Brooklyn real estate agent. Familiarity is an understatement for Christine, who has spent over a decade admiring and working with brownstones.

Christine wasn't always a broker for luxury New York apartments. Prior to diving into the real estate world, Christine ran an epilepsy charity for NYU Medical Center. Her work in charity equipped her with event planning, conference planning, newsletter writing and other interpersonal skills that she actively draws from to this day.

Her pivot to real estate was prompted following her personal experience of a hectic housing search. Realizing her skill sets aligned with the duties of real estate agents and seasoned brokers, Christine made her career change in 2005 and hasn't looked back since.

Christine is resilient in the face of challenges and is the best equipped to serve your housing needs. She's experienced it all, even landing right on her feet in the wake of the 2008 housing market collapse. Christine's conscientiousness and passion for Brooklyn brownstones are competitive traits that make her one of the best realtors in New York City. She can help busy New Yorkers buy, sell and rent their dream homes by making the housing hunt smooth and fun while maintaining honesty and integrity. In the past, Christine has saved people time by honing in on their specific needs and tailoring their housing list searches and will work tirelessly with clients until they find the perfect space.

Christine is an alumna of the University of Virginia and New York University where she holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and an M.P.A., respectively. She currently lives in a 1890s Brooklyn brownstone with her husband, Phil, her son, Shea, and their adopted cat, Ginger.
